Fun activities to keep your kids entertained during February half term

February half term is fast approaching, and if you’re stuck for ideas of things to keep the kids entertained, we’ve got you covered! From exploring the great outdoors to getting creative indoors, there’s plenty to keep them busy.

Here are our top picks of things to do during February half term:

1. Get outside in the fresh air

There’s nothing like getting outside in the fresh air to blow away the cobwebs. Why not go for a family walk or cycle ride, or explore one of Wales’ many beaches or forests?

2. Get creative

If the weather isn’t quite so good, or you fancy staying indoors, get creative with some arts and crafts. There are loads of great ideas online, or you could make your own cards, paintings or sculptures.

3. Get active

If your kids are full of energy, burn some off with some fun indoor games or active outdoor activities. From trampolining to ten-pin bowling, there are plenty of ways to have fun and stay active.

4. Learn something new

Why not use half term as an opportunity to learn something new as a family? Visit a local museum or art gallery, go on a nature trail or learn about the stars with a spot of stargazing.

5. Have a movie day

And finally, if all you fancy is a lazy day indoors, snuggle up with some popcorn and have a family movie day. There are some great films out at the moment, so you’re sure to find something everyone will enjoy.
