Wildlife. There is so much wildlife waiting to be discovered off the coast of Pembrokeshire. Seals, puffins and dolphins can be spotted in numerous locations. Inland there are red kites and other birds of prey hovering in the skies.
Adventure Sports, Ever fancied Coasteering ? Kayaking at beaches like Newgale and Whitesands o r paddling the rivers of Pembrokeshire. You can kite surf, ride on horses on the beach, surf or dive in the slightly cold waters off the Welsh coast!
Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Enough said really. It runs from Poppit Sands to Amroth. An easy walk in places and bloody hard in others with some fantastic cliff views.
Castles and Heritage There are lots of castles in Pembrokeshire. Some are in fantastic condition for their age and others are not. Pembroke castle being a good example and a great day out. Not exactly a castle , but Castell Henllys is an Iron Age settlement just up the road from Poppit.
Award Winning Beaches Now you are not going to want to go leave Poppit Sands, but if you fancy a drive there are some great surfing beaching at Newgale and Whitesands that suit all levels. Further North you have that lovely sheltered Mwnt beach which never seems to be in the wind.
